Assessment

We evaluate existing wall conditions and determine the preparation required to achieve Level 5.

Joint Work

All joints, seams, and fasteners are taped and mudded to Level 4 standards first.

Skim Coat

A thin layer of joint compound is applied over the entire surface — not just joints.

First Sand

The skim coat is sanded smooth, then inspected under raking light for imperfections.

Second Coat

A final skim coat is applied and sanded to achieve an absolutely flawless surface.

Prime & Paint
